The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is a creation of the voters of this State, not the Legislature, however we need to have a State Representative that is going to ensure that the massive amounts of money brought into the State is used for scholarships, and not as a bank account for elected officials to create more government or spend without oversight. As a Justice of the Peace, I have fought to curb unnecessary spending by our county officials, and will continue to do so if elected to the Arkansas Legislature.
